Script by Bert Scholiers and Vincent Bal Directed by Vincent Bal Pitch: When Benjamin comes home early one day, he finds out two things about his girlfriend: she secretly smokes and she hides a naked man in the shower. Disappointed he moves in with his old friend Richard in the Big City. There he meets –and falls for- Nadia, but hesitates to take the first step. When he finds a briefcase full of money in the street, and brings it back to the rightful owner – the company Mercurius- he is made vice-president. At Mercurius you can hire people to deliver messages you don’t want to bring yourselves: a declaration of love, telling your father he can swallow his money cause you got married anyway, a file for divorce… But Mercurius also seems to keep files about people who at one time in their life committed some sort of misdemeanor. The old and dying President wants to find out if the Universe ever punishes them. If there is such a thing as Righteousness, if there is a God… There is also a file about Nadia. Everything you’d want to know is inside. But do you want to know everything about the woman you love? A comedy about faith, coincidence, privacy and taco sauce stains.
